Originally from Sweden, I have spent the past four years living in Ireland and  recently moved to Vietnam. I started practicing yoga in 2006, originally as a way to supplement my training for other sports. I later realised how much it was positively affecting not only my physical health but also mentally. Over the years I’ve tried several different styles of yoga but now mainly practice Vinyasa. I completed an Alignment-Based Vinyasa teacher training in Indonesia, under the guidance of Stefan Camilleri. 

Together we will explore ideas from both modern and classical Iyengar yoga, allowing for modifications so as to mitigate risk of injury. My goal is to share yoga with others in the safest and most sustainable way possible, in hopes that it can have similar positive effects for those around me.
